Pakistan Returns (Within 7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy for orders within Pakistan. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, and it applies only to unused products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (for example, you do not like the product), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or refund.

Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Other Countries Returns (Within 14 Days)

For orders shipped to other countries, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, and it applies only to unused products.
